yesterday I went on a walk in the park. put make up on for the first time in a week. prayyyed myself to sleep.
today I showered myself. painted my own nails. curled my own hair.i'm proud of these things haha
I also have made mends with anyone in my past that I had hard feelings towards. I'm 20 and having my first wake up call
